Just signed up for your storage unit today. While the service was awesome, your app does not work for me. I've uninstalled and installed multiple times and get the same results. I log in, and the screen only shows a few options, none of which are functional. I was told my gate access code would be found in my app, but the app is not working. I can't even log out of the app to try logging back in.

I just signed up for storage tonight. I downloaded the app and I can log on but I get nothing on the next screen except a couple things showing up that don't even work. Pretty much a blank screen with no menu to tap on. I get a couple options that don't work when you touch them and another bar says "can't find your unit?" but that doesn't even work, but if I press the item that says contact us it gives me the phone number which is a 888 number. So the app is terrible.

Most recent update made it useless! It worked fine earlier in the day, then it updated, and I couldn't access the Bluetooth building! No error code! No keypad on the building and it was after business hours so I couldn't access my unit at all! The phone customer service was useless! I shouldn't be having these issues just because of an update! There should be a backup in case this happens! Makes me want regular locks that are reliable!
