I'm giving the fbs broker a 4 star because I have not yet deposited money to see how their withdrawals and deposit is good enough, the 4 star is for the app interface and good chart background and charting tools, believe it's among the best in terms of good chart background and tools, but I really appreciate for you guys to allow customized timeframes,because there a traders who use specific timeframes for a reason,just like me ,I use the 3min time frame but I can't find it.

I set orders only for them to keep disappearing, making me think the orders weren't there only for the limit to reach and they appeared all the times cos I kept on placing orders thinking they weren't there causing me to open more trades than I'd planned and making me lose more than I would have lost. fix this cos someone else could make the same mistake cos of your app

how can I put a $3 stop loss but you guys end up clearing all my account balance I don't understand please can explain it to me? And last u placed a trade on gpbjpy by limit order price came to my order but tge trade was not executed and it finally went to my take profit and I thought it was just a minor problem but with a $3 stop loss you guys cleared my account balance to zero after the stop loss was hit. Please I will like to know why this happened
