Ratings and reviews

This app would be better if it focused on doing the basics well & made it clearer & intuitive to use. A suggestion; a simple menu list of currency tabs, each with balances & quick buttons for transactions etc & everything else in a single separate side menu would be better. It's also frustrating to still see no daily balances, just a list of transactions. Signing in takes too long and is a right palaver. Overall, it does give the impression that it's built by two novice teenagers in a garage.

Absolutely hate the new version of the app just like so many others. It's impossible now to top up the card when you are away which was so easy before. It keeps saying send funds so I had to try my husband's debit card to find out 3 days later (when home) that my transactions had gone through. The whole point of it was the easy top ups for me and now that's gone. It seems so many others are having the same issues too.

I've had an FX card from the very beginning and it used to be so easy to use, with an outstanding app. The new app is an atrocity! I tried for ages to load money onto the card and failed terribly, online support chat doesn't function, I can't work out how to set up my wife's card with her own balance, exchange rate can't be checked before almost committing to buying etc. I can't believe something so right could go so wrong. Revolut is calling....
