Ratings and reviews

Deliveries do not appear on the schedule even if you're in the app itself when they are supposedly popping up. When addressing the issue with support they just tell you the blocks are no longer available even when explaining I was keeping an eye on it and notifications pop up while in the scheduling part of the app yet no blocks pop up. I'm aware people are fast, but if you are in the scheduling screen itself or clicking notifications within seconds, you'd at least see some time blocks appear.

waste of time signing up, waste of time waiting and jumping for every single notification only for the blocks to already been taking by other couriers who's been working longer way before the notification was sent to you phone. The blocks are sent down the line to seniority first so new comers WILL NOT GET A BLOCK. Until you are lucky enough to get your very first block , you will not get any work, just false flag notifications . Find somthing else.

If I could give it no stars I would. I had issues as soon as I downloaded the app. I could log in with the password they gave me so I had to email support. After I was finally able to get into the app, every time I get a notification of an open shift and go to the app, it says no shifts available. The company needs to invest in a better app that works.
