Clean interface unlike basically everything on the market right now. Add the ability to delete files/directories, move files/directories, and compress/decompress files and you've got 5 stars. Edit: When I first loaded the app, the long-press function wasn't working! Must have been a run-time error of some sort. You're right. 5 stars then, but definitely would hope to see a compression feature.

Hi, if you make a long press on a file/folder you will see a contextual menu (bubble buttons on the right) that will allow you to cut, copy, rename, delete, share, etc. Unfortunately, the app is no able to compress/decompress for the moment.

This app was the perfect mix of minimalism and functionality. I loved it. Until the developer introduced a silent update that did nothing but place a BIG pop-up ad for a random application in my notifications and on application start. For a moment I thought that my phone was infected with malware -- I did NOT expect this from a file manager. Knowing that it has access to my file system, I am uninstalling this piece of s*. It's OK to earn money... it's not OK to dump malware ads out of the blue

Sorry for the confusion, let me clarify: 1) There was no silent update. The feature to receive notifications was added to File Explorer long time ago. The app is definitely not malware 2) Regarding the notification and the popup, I sent it myself to promote a mobile game that I just finished. It was not an AD (therefore I didn't get paid for it).

If you click on the file name it will execute an app based on file extension. Click + to create a folder. Click on the file or folder and hold a menu will pop-up with the following options: cut, copy, select all, rename, share, delete. No commercials. Perfect for me.
