Before, this was a very good app for making all utility payments, but now it has become completely useless. The worst app! We are not able to make any payments, not even credit card payments — everything has been stopped. Now it only shows offers or Rewards like Flipkart, Amazon etc.. instead of actual services.

FinShell Pay's primary issue is that it comes as pre-installed bloatware, often without an uninstall option, leading users to label it as "spyware." This lack of control is the main source of frustration. Functionally, users report issues with the reliability of bill payments, including transaction failures. Features like mutual funds and insurance appear to be less used, with many questioning the app's overall utility.To improve, FinShell Pay must provide a clear uninstall option. Additionally

This is 'spyware' app. It doesn't allow you to uninstall. Ps do not install it under any circumstances whatsoever. It's been more than 3 years I have been harassed by this app. Reviews giving 4 stars & more are paid.I have tried everything possible to get rid of this useless malware. There's no way to UNINSTALL.
