I LOVE First Bank and their team! But this is the worst banking app I have seen. I have to uninstall and reinstall every 2 days. Or I go through a validation process of enter password, texted security code, phone number etc. Only to do every single time I check. Though I love security measures, this app is the worst banking app I ever had in ease of use. Luckily, the team I have to work with far redeems the app. They're the best! (But please fox this app lol)

Thank you, Jessica, when the Mobile Banking software asks you to continue with a security code it is because there is something alerting the system to validate who you are. Some users have their devices set up to clear their cookies out each day which prompts the security code process to launch. Please call us at 877-848-5533 so we can assist you.

hate your apps,your is as bad as I have ever seen,doesn't work right and never did,two part needs to go away for good,now the mobile app says my phone isn't compatible any more,your to change developers fast, your compromised and developer needs firing !!!!!!!!!

This is the worst banking app I've ever had to deal with. At least once a month, I have to delete it and re-download it because it won't open or accept my password (which I know is typed in correctly). It never saves your finger print even though it insists on using the feature. SOOOO ANNNOYINGG!!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with our App, please call us so we can assist you. 1-877-848-5533. If you were locked out of your mobile app, for security reasons, the system will request your User ID and Password. Once you supply correct information, you will be able to enable your finger print option again.
