 They charge late fees even when the payment is received on time. Then the customer service team acts incompetent and says they can't help. Update to the reply: Yes, I can read. My payment shows as posted to the account, each month, 10 days before the due date. And each month, 10 days after the payment has POSTED, you hit me with a $41 late fee. I'm sending in payments via check, 2 weeks before the due date, and you still hit me with late fees. Fix it. I have a lawyer working on this.

Our Terms and Conditions does list out when a late fee will be applied to the account. Please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to review your account with you.

Piece of $h1t app and the website isn't any better. I get the impression that FirstProgress makes a fair amount of their revenue from payments customers couldn't pay as opposed to didn't pay. Word of advice... Don't use this company's credit unless you have no other options. They are without a doubt predatory. So glad I only have this card for more overall credit limit and only use it to buy a Big Gulp every few months. Try Mission Lane or Mercury Card. Way better companies for a starter card.

this app is pretty trash. first progress rarely keeps up with the credit reports... my agencies are showing no usage at all for the month of March/April. can't build credit with a company that doesn't stay up to date on reporting it. the transactions usually won't post for at least three days, makes it difficult to view in real time where your money is. same with making payments... will take 3 days from the date paid to withdrawal funds, then additional 10 days of processing.
