I installed the app and downloaded a card. The card just displays a number and is unusable in Coles, Bunnings and First Choice. It works online. I went to the chat page in the app and asked why it doesn't work. That didn't work either. So much for the 10x points offers.

Why can't this app immediately show eReceipts like the WW Rewards app? I'm forced to print a paper receipt *every* shop - for returns, or to prove I bought the products in my reusable bag if I get accosted at the self-serve checkouts. Such a waste of paper, more landfill, more unnecessary cost to Coles. These developers don't have a clue ... Make Pretty, Less Features! Update - good thing I save the receipts as a day later the shop hasn't registered so now I have to follow that up too - sheesh!

Worst rewards app ever. Do you think you will introduce adding receipts online if we forget to scan our cards? Would make life so much easier. Not everyone can go back within 7 days. Also maybe think outside the box and have the option to view recipts.
