For a limited time, all Fuel Rewards members receive instant Gold Status.

The Fuel Rewards® program (aka Fuel Rewards Network or FRN), is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel at over 11,000 Shell stations, nationwide. Fuel Rewards members with Gold Status save at least 5¢gal on every fill-up. You can earn additional Fuel Rewards savings when you shop, dine, book travel and more. Rewards are cumulative, and there is no limit to how much you can save. Rewards apply to any fill-up, up to 20 gallons.

WAYS TO EARN REWARDS

At Shell: With Gold Status, you’ll save at least 5¢/gal on every fill-up at participating Shell stations. Also, you can earn rewards at select Shell stations when you purchase snacks, beverages, car washes and more. (If you don't maintain Gold Status, you'll drop to Silver Status and save 3¢/gal on every fill-up at participating Shell stations)

Dine: Earn 10¢/gal for every $50 you spend at more than 10,000 participating restaurants nationwide with a linked Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit/debit card. (you must use as credit, not debit)

Shop: Earn at least 5¢/gal for every $50 you spend at select local and online merchants.

Travel: Earn 5¢/gal for every $50 spent when you book hotels, flights, and rental cars, through the Fuel Rewards program.

Ratings and reviews

The app has improved in the last few years. the user experience is much better. managing your payment card and discounts now work well and the gas station location services don't hang up as it did in the past. there is still some lag to load some information, like the promotional discounts, but otherwise it is a good app to refuel at Shell stations.

This app has not worked on my Samsung Galaxy since November 8, 2025. I have had a SHELL card for over 20 years and this app for about seven years and the app has never shown the correct discount. I get ten cents off and it only shows five cents, I don't get the discount at the pump, SHELL discounts it on my statement, and I don't get online receipts. I can't delete this app account without closing the credit card account, it's as though they loathe their customers and want them to leave.

No matter how nany updates they do, this app still sucks. It locks up and has to be deleted reinstalled, and restarted every time if I want to use it. If you want me to buy your fuel, you will fix this. 95% of the time, the discount we get from T-Mobile plus our standard gold discount is still not enough to compete with the every day price of the competition. Most of the time Shell is a good 30 cents high than anyone else.
