I used the future card yesterday. I tried to add money to the future card on the app. they keep sending me a code. I type the verification code. keeps saying it's wrong. now am locked out for too many attempts. yesterday I called customer support no one has yet to returned my call. this app is very frustrating. from yesterday all I was trying to so is add money to the card.

Really love some aspects of the future card, but every time i try to link an external bank or card (to add funds to my account) it gives me an error message. I've figured out a way to add and use funds around the glitch, but it's 3 steps longer and very frustrating. However! I have successfully redeemed the promotional/sign up cash back, paid a utility bill, and gotten cash back from the utility payment transaction. So, not a scam. Would love to see the app improve bc it has SO much potential!!

Card started off great and was fully functional with OMNY, but after a week of it not being recognized by OMNY and ultimately being charged twice per ride (OMNY recovery fee) and the fare on a non-future card to enter the platform, the brand isn't as functional as other cards. Fumbling around in your digital wallet to make it to work on time because your default tap to pay isn't working correctly is unacceptable. Lost me as a customer. Off to more established/functional cards :)
