still not resolved. When transferring to other banks, it will turn black then reset to home screen. When used as mode of payment for grab, it always say something went wrong. QR cam not optimized. Logging in not smooth. Dunno if its on the front end or the back end or the fullstack, but someone's slacking.

Extremely unreliable. The app is used for payments and it barely works. (Works 1/10 times for me) Can't count how many times I've been embarassed on the counter whenever I have to pay for something because of how unreliable the service is. Better for me to just carry cash or have other payment methods available which defeats the purpose of this app.

2 stars, this is the score it deserves. Kudos for the easy payments and how practical it is as a wallet. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when you need it the most, saying "the system is currently busy, please try again later" for days. Logging in, paying for something, it generally says there's an error, and the "help and feedback" buttons doesn't even help either. And loans are absolutely dishonest about its interests.
