Terrible app! I deposited $10 but when I'd try sending messages insufficient funds pops up. Called customer service & got that taken care of, then I had issues sending pics. Five out of 9 pics didn't go thru and it says "Denied: StatusesSyncServices"...but best believe I was charged for sending them. That was a few days ago. Now I can't send pics at all. There's no need for GTL to fix the problem because there's no competition, so they know we'll just deal with it. Smh.

App says "we are experiencing issues. we apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later." And it's said that for days. I get a notification (never makea a noise, it's always silent) saying I have a message but, I can't open the message in the app. I've been using a browser which isn't nearly as convenient as the app COULD be.

Horrible app!! I can't add funds to talk to my lady. Customer service line is an automated, absolute waste of time! voicemail isn't activated to even leave a damn message to resolve the issue. My bank isn't declining the funds transfer!! Not to mention it takes forever to get your loved one a message. So now because of this BS app, I can't add funds or get ahold of anyone to fix the problem!!
