Ratings and reviews

The garage Smart Box opens all doors when power is disconnected and reconnected. It's a glitch in the one of three boxes I have and garage smart refuses to do a damn thing about it. I have offered to send it back several times but I'm not going to pay for it. I have done everything you've asked except for pay more money for a defective product. Including videos and everything you have requested. Again you refuse to do anything about it. Send me a prepaid label and I'll gladly send this back.

Pixel 3XL user here on the latest version of Android 12. This is a genuinely terrible app. It's been buggy, has crashed frequently, and now it's stopped working all together. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted my phone, cleared the cache, everything. Just gets stuck on the logo and doesn't load. Dev team over here really needs to get their act together. Update: Managed to get it working again by installing their beta app.

Google pixel 2. I can load the app but I cannot get it to open, after terrible response from manufacturer. I do have the module. System was working fine. Now when I try to open the app it just stays to open then guess back to Google home screen. I can't open the app anymore. I've paid for a year of service that I can't use.
