just a bit stressful for the 1st time. but it all worked out perfectly timed. one bad point was trying to plane how the pick up window works. call 60 min before your transfer time. and app could be more user friendly. it's not easy to navigate. should be more accessibility between the hours of the 7 am - 8 am and the after school hours 330pm- 5 pm.

It's hard to get a bus with a wheel chair and good luck trying to get a bus anytime from 1-630pm they will always be 'high demand in your area at this time' and you won't be able to get home. Only good thing is the drivers are all nice. The system is stupid tho and they don't have enough busses to accommodate people. and they'll show you a pickup time but when you click on it they'll tell you basically oh never that one is no longer avaliable. the system is not good and horrible trying to book

I will say the drivers are all friendly. I would make it a 4⭐ but, taphouse constant glitches and will kick you out randomly. You are given a 12sec window to be there for your ride. But the app for refuses to update that your ride's going to be late until they've missed their 10min window by about 5 to 10min. No text or even data in the app. It won't even show it's time for you pick up until it sends the late message. Sometimes it won't even let you open the app until it sends the late message.
