The most glitchy app ever. 1stly is the pickup button which you can only click on at the exact pick up location. 2ndly i wonder what is that stupid "Pause" button for? It is so redundant, calls will still come in every single time which caused a major distraction and hazard when im driving as i need to use the GPS, every time a new call comes in i need to free up my hand from the steering wheel to reject the job due to maybe wanting to take a break after the current ride.

Pickup Location almost always too far from driver's position, about 4 kilometers away. Fix this issue ASAP, because it can affect customer's satisfaction and experience (they have to wait more). And for Driver, it takes much cost (fuel, time). Customer often ask to hurry, Driver had to go fast, and the risk of accident is much higher. And if the Driver can't reach in time, they got canceled by customer. Bad System.

Glitchy and Error prone. Pick-up MUST be as per GPS, even if passenger comes to you in a very congested area to avoid jam, you STILL have to go to GPS pick-up location to "proceed" with booking (and explain to passsenger why "You're still too far from pick-up location" prompt).
