This app is good to get around and ordering foods its so easy. The problem is when it rains the system keeps cancelling our orders, and it takes a while to get the orders back. Also, when we pay with cash, the drivers usually dont have enough change so we have to have the right amount otherwise we have to pay more than the original cost. Tipping is okay but not when we are in a car with a rude and unfriendly driver.

You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

Received an unusual device setup error. Cleared cache, nothing happened. Sent complaint ticket. Was told to use another device without any explanation. Sure, let me just buy another phone for your app's sake. Are you kidding me?! They closed the ticket without any explanation as to what the violation was. My phone was properly reported to customs, and I did two successful transactions before this. I still have GoPay in my account. At least give me a proper explanation!!
