Love the idea of Bybil and we use it regularly however the app is confusing in places, particularly when you buy minute packages. It isn't clear which you have used and which have expired. So when it says e.g 50 minutes left, you have no idea which package or free minute bonus they are taking that number from. A simple fix would be to archive packages that have been used or expired, so only packages with minutes left are visible. Reminders to use expiring minutes would also be a nice touch. 👍

ah yes, let's push an update which locks every user out of their account and have issues with sending the pin number to sign in back into their account. What a brilliant idea, must be a genius who came up with it. next time, make a warning that you will sign users out rather than abruptly sign them out without notification. I needed the car urgently, and I could not use it because of this inconsiderate approach. Something simple like: "You need to accept our terms on your next login". Magic

Very strange app update from GM. Good luck to find a car at the airport or cluttered parking spots - impossible. Buttons to pay for extra insurance couldn't be possibly closer to each other. The new payment system should be turned into a board game. Randomness of error messages from "engine still running" or "door open" while you try to lock already parked car will eventually make you laugh out of frustration.
