Hi, the sound notification does not stop due to the latest update. Can you solve this problem, please?

We've noticed some users are encountering this after updating the app. Please use one of the following solutions: 1. Reinstall the app from the Play Store 2. Manually change to a different short bell sound via Settings -> Apps -> Grid Connect -> Notifications -> short bell notification, then select a bell of your choice. Pls let us know how you go
