If unreliability has another word for it, that would be Grid Connect. It's such a pathetic app. I can't even zoom on a camera when all 4 cameras are open, cant go back. It takes so long to even open the doorbell camera and can't play back immediately as well. I literally got the worst app for a security camera. Guys, fire your your pathetic programmer and hire an AI that would do far better work than your IT team. It feels like they picked up a file that said " Things to avoid" and ran with it.

edit. since posting this review 2 out of 3 automation commands have failed. bot only is it painful, it's entirely unreliable. what a waste of Time, money, and energy. an absolute pain to use. I will never recommend anyone buy grid connect products and will be looking to replace the pieces I have

Have to manually set brightness, colour and intensity when creating scenes, hugely tedious to get the setting you want. Need to be able to save the current settings of a device for app to be functional. The biggest drawback I've found is within RGB devices as the dimmer doesn't just change the lumens, it also changes kelvin. Improvements would be the ability to scroll/swipe between light bulb devices within a group; maintain kelvin temperature across lumen output when using the dimmer function
