Where is storage in the app menu? Can't find it in version 2.0.2. I had to reconfigure the camera coz I had a new router. Now I keep getting an SD Card error that I can't fix. The same screen that tells me I have an error says that it's re formatting but a few minutes later I get the same error message. Very frustrating.

Had my new ceiling fan installed today. Went to connect it to the Grid app so I can then connect to Alexa, but it won't connect the fan. I followed the instruction that came with it, then on the website and them whatever I could find on the internet. I have a home full of smart devices from lights to washing machines, dishwashers, and tons of other stuff. This is the most difficult one yet and I still haven't been able to connect it. infuriating!

The worst product on the market multiplies the frustration by having to interact with this nonsensical, dodgy app developed by someone who has never had to navigate it. Their "Customer Service" asleep at the wheel and clearly could not give a flying toss. Avoid.
