Where is storage in the app menu? Can't find it in version 2.0.2. I had to reconfigure the camera coz I had a new router. Now I keep getting an SD Card error that I can't fix. The same screen that tells me I have an error says that it's re formatting but a few minutes later I get the same error message. Very frustrating.

AVOID. If you bought cameras, return them. The motion detection is useless. Someone has to be moving in frame more than 60 seconds to trigger, if it triggers at all. To record anything useful it has to be on non-stop recording and you have to watch all the footage to find it. There's no fast forward or flags for movement. The human detection doesn't work. Any movement in night vision is so blurry you can't identify people. You can't toggle the infrared light either. Absolute waste of money.

Had my new ceiling fan installed today. Went to connect it to the Grid app so I can then connect to Alexa, but it won't connect the fan. I followed the instruction that came with it, then on the website and them whatever I could find on the internet. I have a home full of smart devices from lights to washing machines, dishwashers, and tons of other stuff. This is the most difficult one yet and I still haven't been able to connect it. infuriating!
