First time I used it, it took my payment but I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I contacted the support team via email, no reply. Called them and they couldn't find my booking. I was forced to buy tickets at the station which was more expensive. Tried booking more tickets for another journey. Now the payment doesn't even go through. Shocking customer service and technology. Vision 2030? More like Vision Middle Ages.

The worst booking system in the world. The app or the website does not work at all. When you get to the station, the trains for next 30mins cannot be booked!!! Ruins the whole experience. They built such good trains but booking system is just beyond words to explain. This is 3rd time I have to wait 1hr at the station each way to do my travelling.

it worked well at the airport when I went to Jeddah, but once I was inside saudia it did not work at all on the mobile phone once. I have to use the website on the laptop which was also very problematic as it kept on crashing during payments.
