The app limits what you can otherwise do online via web banking. Ex. Can't change Standing Orders. Makes it conditional to access your account by forcing you to agree to updates to banking T&C else blocks access. Ex. Go paperless, or else. Limited access to Statements and account activity (last 30days). Times out, asks if you want to stay logged in and logs you off anyway. Full of ads for other services/loans. Often Hijacks top half of screen to display notifictions it wants you to see.

Slow and low capability. It can't even do simple things like remember cutomer login names... I think a reflection of banking with HSBC. Below average. One of the worst banking app experiences I've had.

Pretty awful experience so far. Terrible UI, slow loading and a torrent of menus to go through. Setting up payments has never been so frustrating, especially when there're so many restrictions when creating beneficiaries. Not impressed.
