It's 2025, and this app works like your crazy uncle built it in his garage in 1998 on his 6th beer. I would be embarrassed to have an app like this. Guess it's too bad I dont run a bank. - No obvious external transfers. - Check scanner loads like a soggy potato and consistently thinks you've submitted two fronts to a check. - Has little to no options that are standard with a banking app.

there has to be another way to authenticate your account when it's locked out. especially due to bugs. i use the fingerprint reader and this is the 2nd time it locked me out. now i have to wait till monday 830am till i can get it unlocked. 1ST time 3 days to wait. now if this was to be fixed then wouldn't be bad. Hamlin finally has online billing that actually sends checks out. now please fix this last decade ago problem!! that is just too long to wait for access to your account. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

App never actually works. 90% of the time when trying to sign in all you get are error messages. Haven't been able to log in in over two weeks. Edit* Over a year later and this app still bearly ever works.
