It's so hard to reach out to customer service. When you email them, you don't even get a response. Their app isn't reliable either—I’ve made several transactions, but there are constant errors. My account balance gets deducted, but the recipient doesn’t receive the money. Errors keep popping up. I won’t risk using this app anymore. It’s been three days, and no one has replied to my email, nor has my money been refunded.

I remembered opening an account back before pandemic but I wasn't able to maintain balance and did not use my ATM card for years til I discovered my account is still active though I have to replace my card because it can no longer be read by the machine. Everything has been done by the bank personnel including resetting my app password and updating my details. Smooth transactions! Card replacement only costs 150 pesos! Thanks AUB for the super convenient banking! Double thumbs up! 👍🏽

I can't verify my national Id in the first step because it keeps coming back again and it will say that it doesn't match my details in my national id. In fact it does my name, age and it all maych but the app keep saying not. I can't proceed to make an account because it keeps coming back. I did try all sort of possible way like putting another ID as per in the choices but it's been a 1 week and 1 day and until now I didn't receive a message that it's been approved. I really need it actually.
