I chose an online bank because I travel often and need access to my account online. Not only the app crashes but I encounter issues to pay online more often than not with the digital key. I just got a new credit card and while waiting for the secret code I realize my phone number had a typo in it, I can't change it online ( bugged) I contacted their team, I've been told they have no option but send a letter to my place! To change a phone a number! Ridiculous. Recommand only to your enemies.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments que vous avez pu rencontrer. Vous avez la possibilité de modifier votre numéro en cliquant sur "Vous rencontrez un problème ?" au moment de l'authentification forte. Pour un numéro étranger, le 0 ne doit pas être renseigné après le code pays. Nous restons à votre écoute. L'équipe Hello bank!

Whether it is the App or Hello bank! I do not know, but it takes several working days for transactions to be registered by the App. Both credits and card transactions are affected. For instance, card payment last Friday still not appearing by the following Wednesday! The following response from Hello! is plain stupid, though the issue has resolved itself since my original review.

Bonjour Phil Graham, Rendez-vous dans la rubrique "Comptes", "puis "Opérations à venir". Avec la mise en place du solde en temps réel, vous pouvez désormais visualiser vos opérations de virement et prélèvement immédiatement, ainsi que les opérations de votre carte Hello One ou carte Hello Prime à débit immédiat. The app is horrible by itself, but the main problem is their (inexistent) support. I've never seen something like it. I've been trying to close my account for 2 months now. I have sent multiple physical letters, which they ignored until I contacted them by message. Their conselours usually take one week to reply, when they copy and paste some text that does not answer your question at all. I AM UNABLE TO GET RID OF THIS BANK. Recomend it only to your enemies.
