AWFUL!!!!!, one of the most useless Apps I have ever come across...if I could give it zero stars I would. doesn't even let me register for an account for the washing machine...tried several times on different devices.., after inputing details screen just becomes blank.. complete white...seriously guys its 2025...surely you can update & provide better quality app

Absolutely pathetic to require registration and login for a control app for a device you paid for! I can't run the maintenance cycle with the panel controls so now I have to jump through resetting the password instead of pressing a button and going to bed! Never ever buy Hotpoint. This is their idea of a "smart" feature and yet no way to simply ping your phone when the cycle is done. Worse than useless. Never again.

Totally pointless app. Couldn't get it to connect to the WiFi at all using NFC. Just came coming back saying error or failed try moving your device away and closer to the appliance. Tried moving phone in all orientations still nothing, keeps beeping but nothing. Tried the Private WiFi way and that just came back with a timeout message. So I've got a new washing machine but can't use the app because it's totally useless. May as well set the programme when loading the washing machine. Avoid!!
