I bought a HyperX Quadcast S mic. This is the app that's needed to adjust the mic. But it doesn't open on MacBook. You must use Windows. I've been told there's ways to work around this. But I don't know how to do all that. I tried to download it on my phone. But it only gives an option to pair to earbuds. Very disappointing wish I knew this before I purchased this microphone. I'm really thinking about returning it.

I want to give this a 5 star cause I really like the buds. Use them for my phone with Bluetooth and my steam deck with 2.4ghz. The only issue I have is even if my buds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth the app will just not go past the splash screen and connect to the buds. I uninstalled tried again cleared cache and data and it just won't connect. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

Does not work for the cloud mix buds, AKA the whole reason this app exists. You'll initially get a permission request to allow Bluetooth, and then you'll be stuck at the loading screen for eternity. Use the PC app instead if you need to update anything or want to mess with the EQ.
