Looks like a buggy porn site with hundreds of ads. This is the central train booking platform?! These guys need to decide how they want to earn revenue - ads or tickets. Very poor interface and quite a few bugs. I faced a bug everytime I tried to book. Gave up finally. The app crashes. Seems like the designers are still following the design sense of early 2000s. Bad management.

This app is a nightmare to use. It’s painfully slow, crashes constantly, and the UI is outdated and cluttered with annoying ads. Booking tickets, especially during Tatkal hours, is nearly impossible due to endless buffering and random logouts. Payment failures are frequent, and customer support is unhelpful. The app feels like it’s stuck in the early 2000s, struggling to handle basic functions under high demand. Third-party apps like ConfirmTkt are far better. IRCTC needs a complete overhaul.

Too many ads. It makes the app slow and sometimes stuck while refreshing. Why do you have to run the ads when you make money directly from your travellers. The ads run even in every train coach type selection. Everywhere there is ad even when waiting for the next page, ad has to load first. Ads degrade the performance. Please understand that and make your app faster and easier for your customers. Why it has to be in most important steps?
