I'm frustrated with the IRCTC Rail Connect app. It always gets stuck on the opening screen with an error, "Unable to process the request. Please try again after some time." I’ve tried everything suggested online—clearing cache, reinstalling, updating, restarting—but nothing works. For such a crucial app, this issue is unacceptable. Being unable to book tickets or check schedules makes it practically unusable. I hope the developers fix this soon, as it’s become a major inconvenience.

I’m very disappointed with the ticket booking process on the app. It frequently crashes, making it difficult to complete transactions. I've also encountered issues with payments not processing properly, which adds to the frustration. The user interface is not intuitive, leading to confusion when trying to book tickets. This has been a time-consuming and inconvenient experience. I hope the team addresses these issues soon to improve the overall user experience.

Now it doesn't even work during tatkal. Every time during booking after clicking on SL, 3A, etc, it's unable to process the request. No seats are shown. Already takes too much time to open. Has become terrible now. In tatkal, there is no option to get at least a middle berth. Now, a 70 year old has to travel as there is no way to cancel a ticket and as far as I know people are not helpful at all.
