IRCTC's Tatkal booking system is a joke. The website is slow and crashes frequently, and the mobile app is no better. It feels like they are stuck in the past with outdated technology. This needs immediate attention to prevent further frustration for users.I have tried booking Tatkal tickets multiple times, and it's always the same story – the website freezes, and by the time it starts working again, all tickets are gone. The user interface is outdated and not user friendly.

I had encountered too much of bugs in this app and very slow running app. It took me around 3 hours to book a ticket. It automatically shut down. Payment page shows white screen all the time despite good internet speed. Even though all information are given correctly, but it took away my 3 hours stating that those information are incorrect. To view ticket, I had to struggle a lot to navigate to My Booking section. It could have been better user friendly app.

While booking a tatkal ticket, the app used to be very good, but recently from the last two weeks, while booking tatkal ticket, first I get the error message "Unable to process the request" next it gets logged out. We get the same thing again and again. It's very frustrating experience! as we would be having many dependent plans based on the ticket. Please fix the issue at the earliest.
