BEWARE! This app is not designed for use on Smart TV because the video is only Standard Definition. On a tablet or phone it's HD. In 2004 it's just not acceptable. Britbox was far better. Other issues also with pausing, fast forwarding, and the app unable to track the episodes you have watched etc. Unbelievable I deeply regret having wasted my money on a subscription fee.

Reasonably stable app but has some weird issues, there are no buttons to rewind or fast forward anywhere, just the progress bar which makes it difficult if you miss anything so don't watch with kids or pets! The program descriptions are terse to the point of being useless, The parental control is awful, even with it off it pops up and tells you every time you start playing anything, what is the point in that? I haven't decided if it's too annoying to keep subscribing yet, time will tell....

Garbage. It buffers, then cuts off constantly, going back to the start of the programme. The user interface is no Netflix. I only use to watch Love Island once a year, so thankfully I don't have to suffer awful service all year round. I would probably watch more, but it's too frustrating. I always take the premium subscription because I don't like adverts. I can't understand why the service is so bad for a paying customer.
