Ratings and reviews

As far as getting the funds when/if they are posted, its fine. The fee is steep, in my opinion, and it's rare that I can access funds until almost 6pm the following day (best case scenario). The 1 star is for the lack of any customer service. When I have had issues and submitted to their "help desk", it's NEVER been resolved. Deleting. Not worth paying to be misled or ignored.

I've only been using this a little over a month but I have to say it is way better than the previous one my employer was using. Also if you have to contact their customer service they are super fast! Five stars for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

it never updates when it should. some times it takes 2-3 days before your time is there when you message customer service they act like you're stupid!!!
