Yes, you can cash out earnings for gift cards and it really works. However, in the course of trying to earn, my account has been deactivated 2 times. Customer support said it was deactivated for violating the terms. I reached out to ask why because I have no idea what I did and they said that upon further review they have reinstated my account. This has happened a second time now and they said upon further review they are keeping it closed for violating the terms. Seems kinda like a scam...

Game apps will not open when you go through inboxdollars, both the app version and web version. I tried to submit a ticket, but you are required to submit a date, and since I downloaded the games yesterday and used yesterday's date, I'm not able to submit a ticket because "it can take 2-7 days to receive your rewards, please check back later," which I've tried to get around but can't. I'm not having issues with rewards, but the app itself!! The chat support AI is no help, either.

I was able to get a penny for most receipts. Now, I can not put in a receipt unless I have bought an item on the list. I contacted support, and they were not helpful. I can't get past the page where you check a box for items on your receipt. I did not buy any of the items, but the continue button will not light up. I also completed level 300 on Coins and Animals after 60 days with 30 more days to go and still have not received my $18.00. I hope that this issue gets fixed soon.
