Great cookies but an awful app. It cannot remember where you are, or automatically pick a restaurant either by location or past ordering. Even when you give them your precise location, you have to manually find your restaurant. Also, you need to give them your precise location for everything, even just looking at how many rewards points have been accumulated.

First off, the cookies are great! The low score is for the app specifically. The app and site mostly functions fine, but the Loyalty rewards are poorly designed. it seems that you are unable to accrue rewards if you pay ahead online because they don't automatically accrue to the account. you have to have it manually scanned in store BEFORE you pay.

Let me just start with the cookies being amazing! The app and website are full of bugs and always slow. Want to edit your box of cookies that's a promo? Think again because it can't update it without thinking you're adding a second box. Have fun deleting it and waiting for it to catch up so you can start over. There are plenty of other issues with the app and site. Don't get me wrong, I'm a regular, but your company should either invest more into these or hire someone else to fix it.
