I love the app, I just wish it was a little more affordable for a sick certificate Edit, they have a 2 tier payment option, very good

Constantly gilled with errors. Tells me to add a card, but I already have. When I try to add it again, there's either a proxy error or I get told the queue is at capacity. I tried for 2 hours to get a consult. Edit: Also, the developers ignore all other issues mentioned, as seen in their automated reply! I was able to get into the queue, but was kicked out repeatedly because of issues on their end, like forcing me to reenter my card everytime I try to join the queue.

Working in a remote environment away from services has caused a lot of stress for myself (and colleagues) when requiring medical help. When I was informed of this app it minimised so much stress. It saved me from driving 2 hours to my local GP or having to wait days for an appointment. No one needs to battle those logistics and added stress when they're sick. This app is amazing. The Dr has been great and I'll be recommending this to colleagues working in remote locations. Thank you!
