I love the fact that you can now connect any of the Partybox speakers via Bluetooth! Whereas before, it had to be speakers of the same model... ie, two 320 stage partyboxes, and now I connect my 320 stage to my 710 Partybox. Now my only drawback is that the 710 needs a power source. It doesn't have a rechargeable battery, but JBL dropped a new 700 series partybox that runs with a rechargeable battery. Too bad for me, unfortunately I don't have $1000 to spend on another speaker. 😕

I like many features. I have three things that comes to mind that needs addressing to make the partybox 520 exceptional. I would like the option to turn the power up /power down tone off completely. I would like more precise volume control at lower volume levels. I find that sometimes I want a volume level between off and the 1st level. I also would like more control of the sound. I would like a built-in qualizer that can be used to's is A++++

As a long-haul truck driver, this app makes my life very convenient. Due to the party box being connected to my tablet, when I forget to turn it on before I start driving, the speaker is already in standby mode from the night before. And all I have to do is use the app and turn it on out of standby. However, the notification that says the speaker has failed to connect, should take about 10 seconds longer before it notifies. It never fails to connect but it always shows that notification.
