The app was user-friendly until the recent update, which has caused it to malfunction. I'm unable to open it, and I urgently need to complete some online transactions. I've been facing this issue for four consecutive days, and it's quite frustrating. I kindly request the app developers to resolve this issue promptly so that users can utilize the app efficiently.

It's been a month the CARD MANAGEMENT section is not working on the application. It's getting very difficult now, everytime I have to call the customer helpline and wait so long just to activate and deactivate my card. Have complained a lot of time but nothing happened.

The app is very good. User interface is good and easy to use but 2 days ago ( 09 sep 2025) this app got an update and since then it's not working. when I click on the app icon, it doesn't open instead it comes back to home screen of the mobile. today I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled but the result is same. I talked to the bank helpline but they have no idea why this is happening ?
