Ratings and reviews

Your app isn't working. I just updated, go to log on and a message pops up about turning on sales notifications. Firstly it's misleading - the title talks about not missing important travel notifications but next to the actual tick box it talks about opting in for sales notifications. These are 2 different things. More importantly, I can't move on - either by ticking the frigging box or not; I just get a spinning time counter.

Dreadful. Much like the airline experience. Want to check flight status? Service unavailable. The app doesn't actually process much, rather it's just a waste of space that redirects the user to their webpages (ie. No different to a search engine).

Avoid this app and airline at all costs. The app is as useless as their flights. Our flight has been rescheduled four times, with the most recent coming 12 hours within our flight. Never experienced this level of incompetence with any other carrier.
