Constantly crashes or doesn't load when trying to make an online order. I tried placing an order and when it brings up substitutions, the continue button is grayed out with no option to move forward or click on any items. When I try to contact chat, if I leave the page and return, it returns me to a blank screen. Overall, poorly run app.

The app seems to the offline fairly frequently. There have been times when I've been in the store trying to shop, and the app is offline, and deals I have selected don't show up on the register receipt because the program is down, once again. It's kind of hard to like a program the only works part of the time. Even the store employees are frustrated by it.

Edit: Problem fixed!! Thank you! Only 4 stores because it does run slow sometimes and I wish we could click on everything in virtual ad and it took us to the product or promotion. Otherwise, great app! I used to love this app! After the last update, it no longer shows the discounted price or the price with my clipped coupon in my cart. I am hesitant to make my purchase now because I'm not sure if I'm getting the correct price.
