The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Worst app providing a bad user experience. No option to cancel or report that the food is not delivered. It keeps showing that the food will be delivered soon without any real time updates of what's happening. My order which was placed at 8.30PM was not delivered till 11 PM. Trying to reach the delivery boy, nobody picks up and after waiting for 10 minutes and just disconnects. I didn't get food and no refund as well. Very very worst app.. waste of money..

The worstest app I have ever used. None of the other food delivery or grocery apps never used to be this much irresponsible and worst. We ordered by 8:30, and the order haven't received by 11:30pm, despite multiple calls we made to kfc. and the delivery person was not picking the call also. and we were supposed to cancel the order, as we were waiting for 2 hrs and didn't had dinner yet. and they were telling multiple times that order will be received in 10 minutes. Such multiple 10 minutes.
