The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Horrible first experience with the app. Downloaded only due to a coupon code. there's no way to track your order, the updates on the app are useless. it's been 1hr since I place an order from an outlet 1km away and the order isn't delivered. tracking isn't loading, the arrival time keeps getting updated to current time. the number of the delivery person doesn't get connected. Called the other number for customer care, the person doesn't know what to do. should have stuck to Zomato.

Horrible app. I figured I'd not order from Swiggy because I don't like their platform fee but this app and customer service is unbelievably poor. Placed an order at 2PM and it's 10PM now. No delivery, no refund, no message or email about the status of the order at all. The delivery tracking link sent via SMS shows nothing at all. Called customer care at 3 PM. They say the restaurant will reach out in 10 mins. IT'S BEEN 7 HOURS SINCE THEN. No one called, no SMS. Zero communication. 100% scam app
