This app works great from my Samsung phone. The photos upload immediately and look great. It's a little difficult for family to scan the QR code to connect to the frame because they only have the screenshot that I text to them but using the 9 digit frame code works just fine. I have no complaints. Bought the frame for my parents last Christmas and loved it so much I asked for it as a gift this year. I love that the version of the frame I have has a rechargeable battery. You can take it with you.

Gifted a beautiful Kodak frame but the app makes it worthless!!! On 3 separate phones I have tried to set up and register am account in order to use my frame but continue to get "network error". The frame will be returned and another one from a much more user friendly / reliable company will be purchased. We expected so much better from Kodak!!

I have uploaded many files in past months. Suddenly I got logged out and was required to login. Then I logged in, found the history of all of my uploads are gone. They are all just wiped out! And I have no clue how it can be fixed. Overall this app is so poor - you can't even delete what has been uploaded. There is no UX design at all. No quality management. I am surprised how bad a product of such a well known company like Kodak can be. They have no understanding of users
