The pick up and drop off stops are not logical. From my pick up point to drop off is just 15 mins away. But there are others to pick up which is all far away from my destination. I even reached the same place twice, to pick up a passenger and then come back later to drop off another passenger. Passing by my pick up point twice also makes me frustrated. It takes me around 1 hour to reach my destination.

The apps was good but now it is very very slow. Very difficult to make booking. Also, when got a new driver assigned to new route, they don't know where to pick up and drop off. Perhaps the apps is not very clear for that point? And the route is also not very optimiser. It didn't take the fastest route. Have to improve that.

I booked at 9am for a 20+ min trip. The van came at 9:30, then my ETA jumped from 7 mins to 30+. Instead of taking me straight, it kept picking/dropping others. I ended up stuck 1 hour inside for a trip that should've been quick. This isn't the first time-once it was over 2 hours! At least be honest upfront if the van will fetch more passengers so we can decide to cancel. Stop wasting passengers' time.
