Ratings and reviews

Before you buy a subscription, there is an option to add lights via bluetooth. Everu time I clicked on it, it brought me to the subscription page. I assumed this meant that the Bluetooth feature was only a paid option. I bought the subscription, and the Bluetooth add option completely disappeared. I gave them $25 for a useless app that doesn't work.

This sucks! I rarely give low scores on apps but this one takes the cake for the most greedy app I've came across in my life. There is a "free" version that let's you explore the menus, settings and the ability to set permissions (on yeah, you can experience a demo also). I wasn't able to search for my light bulb (EcoSmart isn't in the list of most popular companies), add my bulb and use the app to replace my controller (which hasn't worked since the first battery died). This bulb WAS awesome...

This app was SO frustrating to me. It does not work, you have to pay for the subscription before you can even add any lights and even then it wouldn't let me make an account to log in. So I canceled my so called "7-days free" subscription and it charged my card 10$. I was on it for maybe an hour trying to figure it out and I am VERY disappointed.
