Ratings and reviews

This app is a waste of time. My order got canceled due to invalid address which I clearly put in my address book(its even visible in the google map). Its like their personel doesn't know what google map is or just lazy to deliver it. If your address is not very clear as what they are saying to my address, dont even bother ordering into this app. You will be wasting your time waiting for an order that soon to be canceled. If I can rate this app, then I will give it lesser than 0 star.

Its a very useless app, well i dont really blame it but it doesnt work the same as shopee and tiktok where their customer service is better. I got furious about my order and it was my very first time order here and the delivery didnt bring the parcel on my location which has my specific address all details was there but thwy failed to bring it to my work and the funny part was its on the highway and its definitely huge theres no reason for someone to missed it! So unprofessional

Receiving close to 50 messages every day. Most of them, 99% are not related to orders. Despite turning off messages in app setting. Deleted messages in the past will show up again in the app when doing a clear cache, clear data in the system app tool.
