Download, register, save even more. Lidl Plus is our new rewards app designed to give our customers discounts on the products they love. The service is aimed at consumers, who wish to receive personalised information from Lidl Stiftung about offers and promotions from Lidl Plus and offers, products and services from selected partners and Lidl Companies, which correspond as closely as possible to their interests. The basis for the determination of relevant interests is the purchasing and usage behavior with regard to the products and services of the Lidl companies.

Ratings and reviews

The only thing that annoys me about the app is that going back to the list of coupons or offers after clicking through to see one in more detail takes about 6 seconds every time, regardless of what connection I'm on, and I've got the latest version of the app. Other than that though, I do love the app and getting discounts & freebies. It's annoying when my local store doesn't have an item that I have a coupon for but it doesn't happen too often.

a bit of a faff as you have to activate coupons before they are valid for some reason. it's also slow to open and display the barcode to scan at the checkout, which is annoying. not really worth bothering with tbh, the rewards really arnt worth the extra hassle. EDIT: seems it's working again (but even slower for some reason). I think it crashes when there's no Internet, which is often in my local store. bit of a design fault there. back to 3 stars.

they removed digital receipt search. this was an essential feature. bring it back! you will be getting more than 1 star review from me until you do. as a software engineer myself, this is a crazy, unless there's ulterior motive for making it hard to find receipts. maybe to reduce return rates. and bring back the multiple years. at very least, 3 years of history for warranty purpose. side note: online posted tips are to request the receipts through Subject Access Request under Data Prot.
