been having difficulty downloading the loyalty card. can't seem to get any help. don't understand what the difficulty is of downloading this loyalty app. don't have problems with any other apps. just this one

Application doesn't work on my smartphone android. I see only one application named We are Lidl and cannot login. What is the purpose of such an application that creates problems? I'd rather use a Billu plastic card than your Lidl Plus.
