banking on your phone! The most popular online banking functions and a variety of additional tools – all
in one Luminor mobile app.
Use Quick Access and connect to online banking quickly and securely with a simple, self-created PIN
code.

With Quick Access you can:
• View account balances.
• Quickly and conveniently make payments to pre-selected beneficiaries up to EUR 300 (EUR 1,000 per
day).
• View the last 10 payments made or received.
• Send your bank details (account number) by e-mail.
Authorize using a code calculator or Smart-ID/eParaksts mobile to view all information about accounts
and cards, make payments to new beneficiaries, view payment history, and confirm prepared and
partially signed payments.

Important for businesses – enable push notifications to receive notifications when there is a payment
request for approval.

Your mobile banking app will calculate the exchange rate, show the nearest way to the bank and, if
necessary, help you contact the bank!

Amazingly, the worst banking app I have ever used!! None of the relevant functionality is in the app... or on mobile website for that matter. Quite fascinating

when I want to make payment it prompts me to authorise several times. may be something on my side, may be on Luminor side, but anyway it os annoying and I have bad UX.

Still no improvements - awfull brand representative!!! No changes for several years 😵‍💫 comon Luminor this is your face... Out of date - no push notification, no blur or blank screen for privacy, show pin in app, etc etc etc 😒 check your competitors!! Bugs - several session end on full login, it is not possible to switch from all accounts to messages only from main screen etc etc --- Very disappointed 😔
